Dr. Alexander Xu is an Instructor in Biomedical Sciences at Cedars-Sinai and Associate Director of the Spatial Molecular Profile Shared Resource. His research focuses on the spatial biology of tumor immunology using multiplexed protein measurements and computational systems biology, with an emphasis on antigen-specific T cells and T-cell receptors. He has also developed nanomaterial-based and microfluidic tools for single cell and spatial analysis, and studies T-cell receptor sequence informatics.
