Scott Phillips, MS

Scott Phillips recently joined the Spatial Genomics team as Sr. Director of Sales and Customer Support.  Prior to coming on board, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 89 North and Director of Sales at Chroma Technology.  Mr. Phillips brings over 20 years of experience in the biotech industry to Spatial Genomics.  His education is in Physics and his graduate work took place during the early days of quantum computation at the University of Maryland, College Park.  He taught briefly at UT Austin and Austin Community College.  He worked for a couple of years as a Research Scientist in biomolecular motor lab at the University of Washington, Seattle prior to joining industry.
